Returns and Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and items will need to be returned, in its original condition, within 30 days so contact me as soon as possible for any return or exchange.
Care Instructions
Knitting

Each skein is unique because of the methods used while dying, so even skeins within the same dye lot may have variations. If knitting with more than one skein it is recommended to alternate skeins to prevent odd pooling, unless that is your thing, in which case rock on and do you.

Unwinding Yarn
Because this yarn is sold as a skein it is recommended to wind the yarn into a ball before knitting. This is made easier with a swift to prevent tangling, and optionally, a ball winder.

Cleaning
The wool portion of this yarn is superwash so can be machine washed on delicate cycle. But it is still recommended to wash by hand, in cool water and then lay flat to dry to preserve your handmade items.
